Nuraishikin Salleh


Nura earned her Diploma in Architectural Technology from Singapore Polytechnic in 2002, and then graduated in Bachelor in Built Environment and later, Bachelor of Architecture from Queensland University of Technology in 2007.

Nura joined Cox Architecture as a final-year student and over a decade has worked on numerous large-scale projects across the commercial, healthcare and cultural sectors. She has acted as Project Architect on the Townsville Hospital Redevelopment and the Western Sydney Performing Arts Centre. Nura was key to the Christchurch Justice and Emergency Precinct in New Zealand, the Green Square North Tower and the Energex Headquarters at Brisbane’s Newstead Riverpark.

Nura also acts as Studio BIM Manager, leading our in-house team and acting as BIM Manager for the $500 million Townsville Hospital. These skills, combined with her experience in leading projects from design to construction, are an invaluable asset to the practice and to our young graduates.
