Anna Brown

Anna is an Associate of the Sydney practice and has been an integral part of the studio’s project team since she joined COX in 2011. She has experience across a variety of sectors and phases, both in Australia and internationally, and has recently chosen to focus her skills in health and education design.

Anna has developed a flexible working manner, is very organised and well-rounded, and enjoys working in a team with other motivated clients, designers, and consultants. She engages well when coordinating various elements, from the structure through to the colour schemes, and has a passion for sustainability.

During her time abroad, Anna became a lead coordinating member of a successful £850million healthcare competition bid in conjunction with Brookfield Construction, based in Glasgow. Anna had multi-facetted roles, including: coordination of the main structure, electrical and mechanical risers of the 14 storey building; managing changes through the User Group consultation process; BREEAM accreditation; and art, interior, and wayfinding strategies.

In addition to this, Anna has experience in small to medium residential projects across New Zealand and the United Kingdom, where she delivered projects on a more one-to-one client basis.
