Nuraishikin Salleh

Project Architect

Nura graduated firstly from Singapore Polytechnic in Diploma in Architectural Technology in 2002, then Bachelor in Built Environment in Architectural Studies in 2005, and finishing with Bachelor in Architecture in 2007, both from Queensland University of Technology.

Nura joined Cox Architecture on graduation and has become our most experienced documentation architect in Brisbane with Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems, especially in REVIT and Navisworks. She was the BIM project manager for the $500 million Townsville Hospital Redevelopment, a complex integration of new buildings and additives to a continuously functioning major hospital.

Nura has further advanced our BIM documentation and design development processes on the Christchurch Justice and Emergency Precinct in New Zealand, the Energex Headquarters at Brisbane’s Newstead Riverpark, and the Rooty Hill Performing Arts Centre in Sydney.

Her BIM Modelling work is vital to our practice’s documentation streamlining, and Nura is a senior mentor to our young graduates facilitating BIM competency across the practice.
