Natalie is an Associate of Cox Architecture. As a registered architect and planner Natalie has delivered a range of projects within the Canberra region. She joined Cox Architecture in 2005 and has a proven ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of design and deliver desired outcomes in a timely and cost-effective manner. Natalie uses her considerable design, presentation and communication skills to deliver high-quality project outcomes for medium to large scale urban projects.
Natalie has had a full range of experience on projects ranging from medium/high density residential through to large scale commercial, sporting, education facilities and urban design services.
Natalie has experience in dealing with the local planning requirements and is able to offer innovate solutions to design challenges.
Natalie returned to study recently and has achieved further qualification in Urban Design. This has enabled research opportunities and Natalie is now undertaking a PhD focused on the designed aspects of streetscapes within the planned city of Canberra. She has recently presented a paper discussing Canberra’s Urban Form at the 5th Annual Symposium of Architectural Research: ‘Architecture and Resilience’ in Tampere, Finland.
