David Kirwan is an Associate in our Brisbane office, specialising in contract administration, site supervision and construction quality management.
David graduated with honours from the Dublin School of Architecture in 1989. He worked in Dublin and Paris for eleven years, focused on two internationally renowned projects – the National Theatre of China in Beijing and the Temple Bar Redevelopment in Dublin.
Since joining Cox Architecture in 2000, David worked on the national award-winning Flinders Street Revitalisation in Townsville and the Norman Reach Residential Community on the Brisbane River. He has been a key team member on the Ipswich Courthouse, Thuringowa Riverway Arts Centre, Singapore Management University Headquarters and the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) refurbishment. He is the project lead for the Cairns Performing Arts Centre in north Queensland, due for completion in 2017.
